At Tecbro, our priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 2–3 days for your order to process, depending on the time of purchase. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed on Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Direct Signature Required
For larger orders or higher-priced items, Tecbro may require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not an individual recipient. A signature may be accepted from anyone at the address provided. If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.
